Counselling Approach
Hi, I’m Owen Seto. I provide Christian counselling for individuals and couples.
I can help you navigate personal and relationship challenges by walking with you and connecting your concerns to biblical wisdom.
I provide a safe space so you can process and understand your challenges, and to find a way forward.
My approach takes into account the whole person – body and soul, a person’s story, their relational dynamics, the desires of the heart, and the external pressures that make life difficult.
We are never truly alone. God understands our struggles. He has come close in the person of his son Jesus. My role in counselling is to help you find hope, healing and a way forward in the context of a living relationship with Jesus.
As well as counselling, I also provide pastoral supervision to ministry workers.
